Yes, we require a £20 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is fully deductible from your final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

The deposit helps us minimize no-shows and ensures that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. With proper notice, your £20 deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
